§ 1002-8.004. Start of work.

Latest version.

Unless otherwise exempt in the permit, the permittee shall notify the director of the time of beginning work before beginning any work which includes:
(1)

Excavation; or

(2)

Construction of concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, or driveway approaches; or

(3)

Planting, trimming, or removing trees; or

(4)

Making, placing, or causing an obstruction in the right-of-way.
