§ 1006-2.1208. Notice to building permit applicant.

When the public works director determines that this chapter is applicable to any building permit application, he shall inform the permit applicant of his determination and findings as to the specific requirements of this chapter applicable thereto and of the availability and procedure for appeal of his determination to the planning commission.
