§ 1102-2.804. Violation—Loitering.

  • No person shall loiter, prowl or wander in or about any juvenile institution, established under Section 1102-2.202 or otherwise, or the grounds belonging or adjacent thereto, without apparent reason or business and refuse to identify himself and to account for his presence when requested so to do by the probation officer or any of his deputies or any peace officer, when the surrounding circumstances would reasonably indicate that his purpose or intent was to violate the provisions of Section 1102-2.202 or of any other statute or ordinance or to interfere with or to disturb the orderly operation of the institution.
