§ 1108-2.414. Procedure—Standards committee.

The board of supervisors shall organize a standards committee to establish and maintain standards of type, design, quality, or brand of a certain article or group of related articles or services purchased by the county. The county administrator shall be chairman of this committee, and other members that may be deemed necessary shall be appointed from time to time.
