§ 1108-8.004. Recording real property interest.

For purposes of this chapter, if the real property interest to be accepted is in the form of a recordable document, the public works director or his or her designated deputy shall accept the real property interest for recordation pursuant to California Government Code Section 27281 and shall promptly file such real property interest with the county recorder for recording.
