§ 1110-2.404. Exceptions.

This article does not apply to the operation of:

(1)

Any motor vehicle with the written permission of the public works director;

(2)

Any authorized emergency or maintenance vehicle whenever necessary in furtherance of the purpose for which the vehicle has been classed as an authorized maintenance or emergency vehicle; and

(3)

Any motor vehicle upon roadways improved, designed or ordinarily used for motor vehicular travel.
