§ 12-8.002. Clerk's copies.

The clerk shall keep at least three certified copies of this code in his office for examination and use by the public. He shall note, in appropriate places in these copies, the ordinance numbers of ordinances amending the code, and shall maintain three complete files of amendatory ordinances, indexed for ready reference, for public use.
