§ 24-18.002. Appointment—Compensation—Staff.

Pursuant to Government Code Sections 27720 ff., the board of supervisors establishes the office of county hearing officer and shall appoint him and his staff. The hearing officer shall appoint his staff as may be provided by the board, including any part-time phonographic reporter who may be employed outside civil service.
