CT 3470.00: That portion within the City Limits of Pleasant Hill.

CT 3551.07: That portion of Unincorporated Contra Costa County located south of the northern boundaries of census blocks 1087, 1085, 1083, 1082, 1081, 1079, 1080, and 1070; west of the eastern boundaries of census blocks 1090, 1069, 1182, 1122, 1121, 1124, and 1126; and north of the southern boundaries of census blocks 1126, 1128, 1127, 1169; and west of the eastern boundary of census block 1175.

CT 3552.00: That portion within the City Limits of Concord; and that portion within Unincorporated Contra Costa County that consists of portions of census blocks 1098, 1170, 1175, 1163, 1176, and 1166.
