The board shall hold regular meetings for transacting business properly before it
as board of supervisors, and in its capacities as governing body of various public
entities, agencies, authorities, commissions, and districts and otherwise (in addition
to other meetings or sessions, in such other capacities, as may be required by law
or otherwise provided for), in its chambers in the County Administration Building,
Pine and Escobar Streets Martinez, California, from nine a.m. until adjourning or
continuance, on every Tuesday; except that when Tuesday is a holiday, the meeting
shall be held during similar hours on the next business day.
