§ 26-2.2210. Hearing—Decision time limits.

Decisions shall be rendered after the closing of the hearing by divisions of the planning agency on or before the times specified:

(1)

Zoning administrator, thirty calendar days;

(2)

Planning commission, forty-five calendar days;

(3)

Board of appeal, forty-five calendar days;

(4)

Board of supervisors, ninety calendar days;
