§ 33-5.383. County clerk-recorder.

(a)

The deputy county clerk-recorder-exempt is excluded and is appointed by the clerk-recorder.

(b)

The assistant county registrar-exempt is excluded and is appointed by the clerk-recorder.

(c)

The assistant county clerk-recorder-exempt is excluded and is appointed by the clerk-recorder.
