§ 33-5.403. Conservation and development.

(a)

The director, department of conservation and development-exempt is excluded and is appointed by the board.

(b)

The class of deputy director, department of conservation and development-exempt is excluded and is appointed by the director of the department of conservation and development.

(c)

The class of assistant deputy director, conservation and development-exempt is excluded and is appointed by the director of the department of conservation and development.

(d)

The class of economic development manager-exempt is excluded and is appointed by the director of the department of conservation and development.
