§ 33-5.410. County counsel.

(a)

Assistant county counsels-exempt are excluded and are appointed by the county counsel.

(b)

Chief assistant county counsel-exempt is excluded and is appointed by the county counsel.

(c)

Deputy county counsels-exempt are excluded and are appointed by the county counsel.
