§ 38-4.602. Sick leave.

Pursuant to Government Code Section 31641.01, each member of the retirement system shall be credited with one day of service under Section 31641 for each one day of sick leave accumulated as of the date of his retirement, and this sick leave credit shall be in addition to an other service credited under Section 31641.
