§ 410-8.004. Mooring locations.

A vessel, other than a houseboat or liveaboard, may be moored at the following locations to the extent permitted by law:
(a)

A permitted dock;

(b)

A permitted marina, provided the vessel is moored in compliance with all applicable permit conditions imposed on the marina.
