"Incidental retail food market" means activity incidental to a main nonfood business
operation (e.g. department, drug, variety, and bait stores), for the sale of candy,
gum, peanuts, chips, or similar confectionery, and non-potentially hazardous food
and beverages, with either (1) less than one hundred square feet of floor space (including
aisles and walk areas) devoted to the incidental activity, or (2) less than six hundred
dollars retail value of food in stock.
