To enforce this chapter, the health officer may enter and inspect any premises, operations
or work regulated hereby, at reasonable times and with such notice to the owner, occupant,
operator, applicant, licensee, or permittee, as is reasonable and practicable under
the circumstances. In conducting such inspections the health officer is authorized
to proceed pursuant to the Code of Civil Procedure Sections 1822.50 and following.
