§ 414-4.217. Individual water system.

"Individual water system" means an approved water source and system of piping designed to provide water for domestic use and which serves (a) one single-family residence; or (b) two single-family residences on one parcel; or (c) one structure serving less than twenty-five persons more than sixty calendar days per year.
