§ 414-6.608. Revocation.

  • If the health officer determines that a permittee is violating any condition of his permit or any law or regulation of this state or county relating hereto, she may revoke it after giving the permittee an opportunity for a hearing. The health officer shall notify the permittee of her intention to revoke, stating that the permittee has ten calendar days within which to request a hearing or the permit will be revoked. The health officer must hold a hearing within ten calendar days of a request. Service shall be personal or mail addressed to the permittee at the business address shown on the application.
