§ 416-16.404. Permit—Premises inspection—Health officer right of entry.

  • The health officer shall have the right to visit and inspect the premises upon which any mink raising operation is being conducted, or with respect to which any permit has been requested as herein provided, in order to carry out and enforce the provisions of this chapter. Such visits and inspections may be made at reasonable times and places and at reasonable intervals. The health officer may withhold, suspend or revoke the permit of any mink raising operation where he or his duly authorized representative is refused admission to visit and inspect a mink raising operation as authorized herein.
