(a)

The animal services director may require any person owning, possessing, harboring, or controlling any animal for which a license or permit is required under Division 416 to produce any required license, permit, or certificate of rabies vaccination for inspection.

(b)

Any person subject to the provisions of subsection (a) of this section who fails to produce a required license, permit, or certificate of rabies vaccination for inspection by the animal services director after a demand for inspection, is in violation of this Ordinance Code.
