§ 418-2.002. Definitions.

For purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases have the following meanings:
(a)

"Applicable laws and regulations" means federal, state or local laws, regulations, ordinances, rules and final administrative actions that affect or govern solid waste collection and transportation.

(b)

"Solid waste" means all solid waste as defined in Public Resources Code section 40191 as may be amended from time to time.

(c)

"Solid waste facility" means a solid waste facility as defined in Public Resources Code section 40194 as may be amended from time to time.
