§ 418-6.022. Hearing request.

Any person or owner subject to the requirements of this chapter may, in writing, request a hearing before the health officer (hearing officer) to show cause why he should not be required at his cost to subscribe for the collection and disposal of solid waste or the county should not provide such service for his premises. The hearing shall be held at a time and place fixed by the hearing officer within fifteen days of the request therefor.
