§ 420-4.004. Approval by director of public works.

Within fifteen days after plans and specifications are filed with him, the director of public works may approve the plans and specify the amount of cash deposit required by him to cover the estimated cost of inspecting the work during its progress to insure compliance with the submitted plans and specifications. If additional time is required by the director of public works to review the plans and specifications in order to determine that the proposed work meets accepted sanitary engineering standards, he shall notify the applicant of the amount of additional time required.
