§ 420-6.2004. Other fees.

(a)

The health officer will collect a fee from the applicant for all services provided by the health officer in response to a request by the applicant, including plan reviews, investigations, inspections and the observation of site evaluations and tests.

(b)

The health officer will collect a fee from the owner of an alternative onsite wastewater treatment system for audits of monitoring reports submitted under Section 420-6.810.

(c)

All fees authorized by this section will be established by the board by resolution.
