§ 42-2.602. Administrator of emergency services.

The county administrator is the administrator of emergency services and is in charge of the county's emergency organization. Unless otherwise specifically provided, or required by the context, all references in this chapter to the county administrator are in his capacity as the administrator of emergency services.
