§ 430-10.006. Cost record.

The enforcement officer shall prepare an itemized written account of his or her expenses incurred to abate the nuisance where it is proposed to collect costs pursuant to Chapter 430-12. Until such report is completed, no abatement costs (including administration) will be placed as a special assessment against the parcel of land.
