§ 450-2.010. Business plans.

Business plans shall be submitted on the form and in the manner prescribed by the administering agency. In addition to the information required by state law, business plans shall include:
(1)

Number of employees at the facility;

(2)

Square footage of facility;

(3)

Four-digit Department of Transportation Identification Number; and

(4)

Any other information required by the board.
