§ 460-2.018. Association and nonretaliation.

(a)

Association. It shall be unlawful for any person to do any of the acts described in this chapter as a result of the fact that a person associates with anyone who has AIDS or any of the associated conditions covered by this chapter.

(b)

Nonretaliation. It shall be unlawful for any person to do any of the acts described in this chapter to retaliate against a person because that person exercises any rights afforded by this chapter.
