§ 46-10.802. Petition.

Upon receipt of a verified petition signed by at least half of the adult residents in the area proposed for designation, and who represent at least half of the residential units in that area, the director shall undertake such surveys or studies as he deems necessary to determine whether the area is eligible for permit-parking.
