§ 48-10.002. Permit.

A nonrefundable fee in the form prescribed by the permit officer shall accompany every application for an ambulance service permit, in accordance with the following:
(1)

The fee for a nonemergency ambulance service permit, regardless of the number of emergency response areas to be served, shall be established by resolution of the board of supervisors.

(2)

The fee for an emergency ambulance service permit shall be such sum per emergency response area to be served as shall be established by resolution of the board of supervisors.
