§ 48-12.002. Drivers and attendants.

Each person providing ambulance service subject to permit under this division shall:
(1)

Employ only drivers who possess a valid ambulance driver certificate issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles;

(2)

Employ only attendants who have valid certification pursuant to Health and Safety Code sections 1797 et seq., or regulations promulgated pursuant to those provisions.
