§ 48-12.006. Dispatchers.

Each person providing ambulance service subject to permit under this division shall assign at least one person to be responsible for receiving calls and dispatching ambulances.

Persons holding emergency ambulance service permit(s) under this division shall provide such dispatch services on a twenty-four-hour per day basis and shall adequately train the dispatcher to radio operation and protocols and to the emergency response area(s) served before said dispatcher begins dispatching emergency calls.
