§ 48-14.002. Authority.

The permit officer may suspend or revoke an ambulance service permit for failure to comply with and maintain compliance with, or for violation of, any applicable provisions, standards or requirements of state law or regulation of this division or of any regulations promulgated hereunder. Suspension is not a condition precedent to revocation.
