§ 48-18.008. Adoption by local jurisdictions.

Upon adoption of the ordinance codified in this division by incorporated cities or towns in the county, the provisions of Section 48-4.006 shall be extended to include the streets, roads, highways, alleys, or any public place within the incorporated area of said city or town and the county permit officer shall enforce this division within that jurisdiction.
