§ 48-4.014. Emergency response area list.

"Emergency response area list(s)" means that list of permittee(s) for each emergency response area who have entered into an ambulance service agreement with the county and who will be contacted by a county communications center in accordance with regulations adopted by the permit officer to respond to calls for emergency ambulance services which it receives. Copies of the emergency response area list(s) shall be kept on file in the offices of the sheriff and the clerk of the board.
