§ 48-6.014. Term.

Permits shall be valid for a period of three years unless earlier suspended, revoked or terminated. Nothing in this division shall be construed as requiring the granting of a permit upon expiration of a previous permit, or as creating any vested or property right in the renewal, extension, or continuance of any permit after the expiration of its term.
