§ 48-6.018. Application—Change of data.

The applicant and permittee shall report to the permit officer any change in the data required in Section 48-6.006 within ten days of the effective date of the change, except that any change in the data required in Section 48-6.006 (a) (1) and (5) shall be reported immediately.
