§ 52-2.310. Term of license and fees.

(a)

A bingo license shall be valid for one year and upon application may be renewed on a yearly basis.

(b)

The fee for a bingo license shall be fifty dollars. The fee for renewal shall be ten dollars. The fees are nonrefundable and shall be used to defray the cost of issuing or renewing the license, but when a license or renewal is denied, one-half the fee shall be refunded.
