§ 52-3.111. Violations of chapter.

(a)

Licensee. No person shall, for himself or any other person, own, lease, operate, or maintain a cardroom unless he has a valid license therefor.

(b)

Worker. No person who has or should have a cardroom license shall allow any other person to commit acts contrary to subsection (c) of this section or subsection (d) of Section 52-3.505.

(c)

Work Permits. No person without a valid cardroom work permit shall act as a cardroom employee.
