§ 52-3.317. Conditions.

The board may require that the license be conditioned, as necessary to effectuate this chapter or the public health and safety, including, but not limited to, conditions as to:
(1)

Location, design, and lighting of cardroom, and number of tables;

(2)

Hours of operation;

(3)

Parking location, design and conditions;

(4)

Related business on the premises; and

(5)

The safety and security of persons in and around the cardroom.
