§ 52-3.708. Renewal.

(a)

Application. A permittee seeking renewal shall apply for renewal of his or her permit at least thirty days in advance of its expiration date (anniversary of issuance) to allow for processing before the expiration of the permit sought to be renewed.

(b)

Form, Fee, Procedure. The procedure shall be the same as that set out in Sections 52-3.703 and 52-3.707, except:

(1)

The renewal application fee is twenty-five dollars; and

(2)

No fee is due upon issuance of the permit.
