An increase in the space rent payable for any mobilehome space within any twelve-month
period more than the amounts permitted in Sections 540-2.404, 540-2.406, 540-2.408 and/or a reduction in a park service(s) without a concurrent decrease
in space rent shall be considered a major rent increase and is subject to the provisions
set forth in Articles 540-2.6 and 540-2.10 and other provisions of this chapter.
All major rent increases shall become a part of the base rent upon which future rent
increases are based.
