§ 56-4.816. Permit issuance—Display requirements.

Every applicant shall, at all times when engaged in peddling or soliciting activities wear an identification card supplied by the sheriff attached to his clothing so that it is easily visible to persons he deals with, and at all times carry the permit issued hereunder and exhibit it on request to any person.
