§ 58-4.1010. No accord or satisfaction.

No acceptance by or payment to the county of a franchise fee, or any portion thereof, shall be construed as a release or an accord and satisfaction of any claim the county may have for further or additional sums due or for the performance of any other obligation of a cable operator, or as an acknowledgment that the amount paid is the correct amount due.
