A cable operator shall obtain all necessary permits and pay all generally applicable
related fees, including but not limited to permit processing and inspection fees,
from the county before commencing any construction, repair, upgrade, rebuild or extension
of the system, including the opening or disturbance of any public rights-of-way, on
private or public property within the county. The operator shall adhere to all state
and local laws and building and zoning codes currently or hereafter applicable to
construction, operation, or maintenance of the system in the county and give due consideration
at all times to the aesthetics of the property.
