§ 61-3.002. Monthly receipts affidavits.

Pursuant to Government Code Section 24355.1, the monthly statement of receipts required by Sections 24354 or 24355 may be signed and verified either by the responsible official or by the deputy, agent or assistant designated by him in writing to the auditor.
