§ 64-14.410. Contents of license.

  • After the submission of a business license application and payment of the prescribed fee to the tax collector, the department shall issue a license which shall contain the following:

    (a)

    The name of the person to whom the license is issued;

    (b)

    Identification of the business licensed;

    (c)

    The place where such business is to be carried on;

    (d)

    The date of the expiration of such license; and

    (e)

    Such other information as the tax collector may determine.
