§ 716-4.1216. Performance bond—Right of entry of county building official.

(a)

If the county building official finds that a default has occurred in the performance of any term or condition of the permit, the surety or the county building official or any person employed or engaged on behalf of either shall have the right to go on the site to complete the required work or make it safe.

(b)

No person shall interfere with or obstruct the ingress or egress to or from the site by any authorized representative or agent of any surety or of the county engaged in completing the work required under the permit or in complying with the terms or conditions of the permit.
